1. When will my order ship?

All orders ship within 1 business day after purchase. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as it’s on the way.


2. How long does delivery take?

Shipping typically takes 3–4 business days within the U.S. depending on your location.


3. Can I return or exchange my shirt?

Because each shirt is printed just for you, we don’t offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please double-check the Size Chart before ordering.


4. What if my item arrives damaged?

No worries - if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll happily send a replacement or issue a full refund. Just reach out to us at info@rafesmarket.com within 7 days of delivery.


5. How do I choose the right size?

We’ve got a detailed Size Chart for you to compare measurements before ordering. Our tees are true to size, but if you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.


6. What are the shirts made of?

All our tees are made from 100% soft, ring-spun cotton, for that perfect worn-in feel right out of the bag.


7. Where are your shirts made and printed?

Every shirt is printed and shipped from the U.S.A., using high-quality materials and eco-conscious practices.


8. Will the print fade after washing?

Nope! We use premium inks designed to stay vibrant after washing - just follow the Care Instructions to keep your shirt looking fresh.


9. Do you ship internationally?

No at the moment - we currently ship only within the United States. But stay tuned, we’re expanding soon!


10. Can I customize the design or request a different state?

Not right now, but we’re adding new designs all the time. If there’s a state you’d love to see, send us a message - we’d love to hear from you!
